Navistar OnCommand® Connection diagnostics system now integrated with the ISAAC solution
Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, October 1, 2019 – The Navistar OnCommand® Connection remote diagnostics system is now integrated with the ISAAC solution to help enhance the use of the diagnostic codes the company’s telematics solution collects. In partnering with OnCommand®, ISAAC Instruments reasserts its continued commitment to providing customers with turnkey solutions.
With OnCommand®, customers who subscribe to the service can refer to action plans developed for every diagnostic code the ISAAC solution records. OnCommand® recommendations are centralized in an easily accessible web portal. OnCommand® users see up to 80% fewer vehicle breakdowns requiring towing and up to 30% lower annual repair costs.

OnCommand® Connection is entirely free to use. By using the service, ISAAC customers can access diagnostic-code-specific action plans for more than 18,000 engine models. They can then prioritize necessary repairs based on the severity of diagnoses. The interactive map available through OnCommand® can also help locate the closest service centers to vehicles in need of assistance. In this way, ISAAC continues on its mission to integrate its solution with partner software that provides added value to fleet managers.
